Today's video from Kelly Starrett is on thoracic (upper back) mobility. If you are having problems getting into positions like the Overhead squat, Front squat or keeping your chest upright during the receiving portion of the Med Ball clean there is a good chance this stems from being tight in the thoracic spine.
