Remember that next Monday (AUG 1), Wednesday and Friday are Elements classes. You must complete these in order to stay in our group classes. If you can't make it, we will work with you to get you caught up, but please do your best to attend. These classes will ensure you have a basic level of knowledge in all the fundamental movements necessary to complete most classes safely. This WOD is a great way to restore mobility in our forearms after a particularly nasty workout that may involve something like high rep pullups (think FRAN) or heavy grip work (think Farmers Carries). One of our athlete's has had problems with his right forearm, specifically, the extensors. This mobility piece is a great way to treat and restore the sliding surfaces of the muscles and tendons that are causing the pain and tightness around the elbow. Give this a shot.
