Three rounds for time of:
50 pound KB Waiter walk, 100 meters, Right arm
30 Sit-ups
50 pound KB Waiter walk, 100 meters, Left arm
30 Back extensions

    Thank you and Rob for an awesome workout today. Rachel wants to thank you guys for being patient with her (me, too) and explaining the mechanics of each exercise. I think you guys created a workout monster. After your class of instruction, that’s all she talks about……..I do not know how you do it, but you do, and it works!!!……Thank you. We can’t wait until the next session.

    We do very little (but thanks). A little talk about proper technique....a little talk about do this, don't do that......YOU GUYS are the one's putting in all the hard work! Thanks for making our job seem so easy. Love having you as part of the group.

  4. First round as rx'd then the last two rounds used 44lb kettlebell. A true grinder. Rachel, Sal and Eic... you all are superstars!!!
