Thank you and Rob for an awesome workout today. Rachel wants to thank you guys for being patient with her (me, too) and explaining the mechanics of each exercise. I think you guys created a workout monster. After your class of instruction, that’s all she talks about……..I do not know how you do it, but you do, and it works!!!……Thank you. Deceptively hard workout! Did it as RX'd in 13:11.
ReplyDeleteFirst round as rx'd then the last two rounds used 44lb kettlebell. A true grinder. Rachel, Sal and Eic... you all are superstars!!!
