100M Farmers Carry (80lbs each hand)
200M Run
Partner up with someone of close to equal strength. The Team is allowed to share the distance as needed on the farmer carry, but both teammates must complete the run each and every round.
What a fun workout! Coach Greg did a great job today. Team of 3 (Rob, Big Jake, me) upscaled the weight to 100lbs each hand. Completed 6 rounds + 1/2 run. Fun time with the group.
as Rx'd Melissa and I completed 6 rounds!!!! That was some heavy lifting!
